Annual HOA Meeting
The 2023 HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Join us at the Fran Carlton Center located at 11 N. Forest Ave in Apopka, 7:00 p.m. Attending the Annual HOA Meeting can keep you up to speed and provide opportunities to share your opinions with the community. Your attendance is welcomed and encouraged. You might even find yourself motivated to join the board!
Neighborhood Updates
Hurricanes Ian and Nichole left their creative touches on our neighborhood. Although there were very few corruptive issues, most of the damage was to our beautiful trees.
An arborist reviewed our options. Bids were sent out. After much review, J&J’s Lawn and Tree Service provided a competitive quote and will begin the tree work in our neighborhood December 7th and 8th to tidy up the trees at the Spring Hollow Boulevard entrance.
Residents are encouraged to utilize the Westford Dr. entrance during that time frame for your safety and to avoid conflict with the equipment that may be in use.
Neighborhood maintenance
Please ensure that you continue to provide the curb appeal that our neighborhood deserves! Overall, there are very few issues. However, the board has found untagged vehicles and unsightly vegetation that prompt the need for reminders.
If you need assistance, we do have one of our residents that has offered his services. Please contact Bruce Childs, of Dingo Dr, at 407-617-8054, or brucechilds@hotmail.com for a quote to take care of your needs, etc. He’s offered his assistance in the areas of landscaping/lawn care and fence painting.

Holiday Luminaries
Luminaries are a beautiful way to celebrate the holidays!
If there is enough interest to participate in a neighborhood luminary event for the evening of Saturday, December 24th, the board will distribute supplies. There must be a substantial percentage of resident participation to make it successful. Contact us at springhollowresident@gmail.com to indicate your interest by Friday, December 2nd.
