Spring 2023 Newsletter
Neighborhood Front Entrance Update
To keep our community informed, the HOA Committee would like to share some information regarding the landscape and presentation of the front entrances.
The necessity to remove the trees at the Spring Hollow Boulevard entrance that were suffering from illness had a significant effect on the HOA budget.
Due to that impact, the plans for the replacement of those trees will be implemented with every consideration to keep the costs of those replacements within an affordable range.
Notification Distribution Opportunity
Speaking of trees… If you’d like to help save some trees, let our Board Secretary know if you’d like to participate in the email distribution program. Newsletters and other HOA related notifications can be emailed directly to you.
If this is something you’d prefer, please send a note to Carrie Ricotta, @ carriericotta@msn.com and we’ll update your email preference to receive communications via email instead of the postal service. You will always have the opportunity to change your preference at any time.
A.C.C. – Architectural Control Committee
