Important Neighborhood News & Updates
Very Important – Within the next few weeks, the board will distribute
information regarding ACC requirements, procedures, and compliance
as binding by the community’s Covenants and Declarations that each
and every resident agrees to when property is purchased in Spring Hollow
Estates. Also included will be the details of the warnings and penalties
that can be applied for failure to comply. Please look for this upcoming
communication.
Community Garage Sale
The Community Garage Sale will be held the weekend of October 16th and 17th. If you plan to participate and would like the board to pay your county required permit fee, please notify the board of your desire to participate no later than October 1st. You’re welcome to pay your own county required permit fee at the higher rate if you miss that October 1st deadline. So far, we have four confirmed participants. Contact information is at the bottom of this newsletter.
Holiday Decorations
Holiday Decorations will be supplied and installed by your board members on Saturday, November 21st. If you drive by and see us working to beautify the entrances, stop and say “Hey!” or feel free to join in. All extra hands are welcome!
2026 Orange County General Election
2026 Orange County General Election – Along with the Governor and Senate seats, Property Tax Amendment 3 will be on the ballot. Get out there and vote. There is a lot of information available on the internet about this amendment and what it will mean for you and your community. Early voting is between October 19th and November 1st. November 3rd is Election Day.
2027 Association Dues
Dues for 2027 will remain $350.00. Invoices will be mailed out in December and are due upon receipt. Interest for late payments will accrue until payment is made in full.
