The front entrances incurred some damage to the entrance lights and the sprinkler heads in early May. Our HOA President, Roger Smith, has repaired the Westford Dr. entrance and should have the Spring Hollow Blvd. entrance completed within the next few days.
The board had some minor entrance updates that included fresh mulch and seasonal plantings. Our budget will allow for some replacement vegetation and plantings that had declined and were removed. Unfortunately, some of the large Spring Hollow entrance trees have declined and are subject to heavy pruning or removal. We have an arborist currently reviewing our options.
The board recognizes that there are some maintenance items that will need to be addressed in budget year 2025. The well that is utilized for sustaining the landscaping at the front entrance is experiencing issues. We’re working on getting repair estimates, but the well is old so it’s prudent to plan for replacement if that becomes necessary.
